The Paramount Theatre is a cornerstone of arts and culture in the western suburbs of Chicago, offering Broadway-caliber productions, concerts, classes through its performing arts school, and a wide range of special events. Despite the strength and diversity of its programming, ticket sales and class enrollments had begun to plateau.
The challenge was reaching new audiences beyond the Theatre’s established patron base—people who were interested in live performance and arts education, but unaware of the breadth of Paramount’s offerings or the quality of its productions. To reverse flat growth, Paramount needed a more modern, data-driven approach to digital marketing across all areas of the organization.
