Lott Behavioral Health is an established psychiatric practice within a highly competitive landscape. Other providers were doing more marketing, making it harder to stand out and clearly communicate what differentiated LBH’s approach to care. While their clinical expertise and patient-centered philosophy were strong, their branding and marketing efforts lacked cohesion across channels.
The challenge was twofold: establish a clear, trustworthy brand presence in a sensitive healthcare category, and align advertising, promotional materials, and digital outreach into a unified strategy that would resonate not only with patients, but also with family members and loved ones involved in care decisions.

Our Solution

We began with a brand overhaul—refining messaging, visuals, and tone to better reflect the clinic’s compassionate, professional approach to psychiatric care.
From there, we developed a suite of promotional materials to support patient engagement both inside the clinic and beyond, ensuring consistent messaging at every touchpoint. We also rebuilt the clinic’s digital advertising campaigns and expanded their social media presence to increase visibility and reinforce brand recognition.
